An English Mass is celebrated monthly in the tomb of Saint Francis of Assisi. Join us this month for the Memorial of Saint Catherine of Siena, Virgin and Doctor of the Church. Together with Saint Francis of Assisi, she is the patron saint of Italy and only the second woman to be declared a Doctor of the Church. An extraordinary woman ahead of her time, her bold, spiritual writings “spoke truth to power” and greatly influenced the history of the Church.
