Typography

Typefaces on www.joshuamartin.music are carefully chosen in admiration of dedication to craft and timeless style.

For headings, this website uses the Radley font designed by Vernon Adams and licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. Radley is based on letterforms used by woodcarvers who drew, designed, and cut letters by hand for titling work. Adams tragically passed away in 2016, leaving a legacy of many of the most popular fonts in the Google Font library.

For paragraphs, this website uses the Lekton font designed by a team from ISIA Urbino and licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. Lekton is inspired by typefaces used on the classic Olivetti typewriters.

For decorative text, this website uses the Pinyon Script font designed by Nicole Fally and licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. Pinyon Script is a romantic round hand script-style font suggestive of the American West.
